Here’s a fun activity for the Thanksgiving season that your church group, kids, and adults, as well as the whole family can take part in! Here are some strategies I use for great health including “gut health”
Fermented foods! Fermentation is basically what happens when micro-organisms like yeast convert carbs or sugars into either alcohol or an acid. Yeast creates alcohol – as with beer, wine and cider.
